  • How to make a noisy stick

  • How to make a totem pole

Here’s an easy one…have each member of your tribe
make a section of a totem pole by decorating an
oatmeal box . Make a stand from a wood base and a
broom handle. Cut a quarter sized hole in the top
and bottom of each totem and stack ‘em up.

If you have some cardboard boxes, you could use them. decorate each side and glue them together.

For the more adventurous, you can use individual wooden boxes, have each child decorate then drill a hole in the middle for the pole. Don't forget to create a base!

    Good Luck!
