Registration Information

Annual Program Registration

In 2009, is the ability to send your annual registration information online. The form which is easy to use and straighforward will allow you to pre-register more conveniently. The form also allows you to tell us how you want to pay, either by credit card or personal check.

Event Registration

You can register for upcoming events by downloading and filling out the forms below, and returning them to the Kroehler Family YMCA, or at the 95th Street Center. Forms are also available at the center.

Be sure to make note of the nation for your tribe using the Nation Map at the left, by checking with your tribal chief, or by contacting Russel Clarke. The YMCA centers do not know the nation listings.

Online Event Registration

Y-Membership is not necessary to register. An online family profile is required and is used to determine pricing and eligibility. If you/your child have registered for any previous Y-Guide/Princess event (or any YMCA program) at a YMCA, a online profile may already exist.
