What are the Y-Guides and Princesses?

A father and son or father and daughter program which sponsors events to enjoy together.

What ages do my kids have to be?

Kindergarten through fourth grade.

Does it cost a lot of money?

The program is very reasonable. There is a small annual fee and charges for each event are kept to a minimum.

What about the campouts?

There are three campouts a year. You'll need a tent (or popup) for the fall and spring campout. We reserve cabins for the winter campout.

What is the time committment?

The program runs from September through May. There is typically one event and one meeting per month.

How big is the program?

There are currently about 400-500 dads.

How is it organized?

Tribes of 8-12 dads attend monthly meetings.

What is the association to Native Americans?

One of the purposes of the program is to educate it's members about Native American issues, culture and history.

Why should I join?

To spend time with your kids, build memories, socialize, and have fun.

Is the program tied to a particular religion?

No. Our membership includes all major religions.
