Registration Information

There are three ways to register for Y-Guides, Y-Princesses, or Trailblazers program:
  1. Stop by a Heritage YMCA center and pick-up a registration form
  2. Download the form on the left (they are pdf files so if you do not already have one, you will need to download and install a free (Adobe Acrobat Reader)

If I registered for the program last year, do I have to re-register?

Yes. Registration for the program is on an annual basis.

Once I register for the program, am I automatically registered for all the events?

No. You need to register separately for each event (some but not all events have on-site registration).

What if I don't know anyone in any of the tribes?

Attend one of the information nights, in September (see the event calendar for details), or contact Russell Clarke, 630-585-220., at the YMCA for assistance .

How do I pay, when I use the online annual registration form?

To pay by check:
  • Complete the form
  • Select payment method "check"
  • Click "Submit"
  • Mail your check along with the form to the address listed. Or you can always bring the completed form into the nearest YMCA
To pay by Credit Card:
  • Complete the form
  • Select payment method "Credit card"
  • Click "Submit"
  • Save copy for your records.
  • A YMCA representative will contact you regarding your credit card charge.
Note: Your card will not be charged until you speak with a YMCA representative. Do not provide any Credit Card information over the phone, before you're verified by the YMCA Representaive, who should have a copy of the information you submitted in the online registration form.
